2️. Rule Summary

  • Do → activities without a ball/team, often for exercise or skill.
    Examples: do yoga, do karate, do aerobics.
  • Play → ball games or competitive games.
    Examples: play tennis, play football, play basketball.
  • Go → activities ending in -ing, usually individual outdoor sports.
    Examples: go swimming, go running, go cycling.
